I listed a new item in my Old World Primitives Etsy shop last night - a bag of primitive candy cane ornaments. They had sold by this morning, so I have listed them again.

They are also available via the Old World Primitives homepage store.
I was also delighted to find that my newest set of vintage style Halloween ornaments is featured in a new Etsy treasury today - I love little surprises that brighten my day!

Today’s new creation is a set of 6 vintage style chenille Christmas ornaments. The set includes two of each style pictured below, and they are available now on Old World Primitives and in the Old World Primitives Etsy shop.

Each Christmas ornament is made of chenille plus Victorian Santa and vintage Christmas images printed on card stock.

Happy Fall! I just finished a primitive folk art Halloween doll set - a witch with a pointy hat and a pointy nose holding her cat. The pair are available now on Old World Primitives and in the Old World Primitives Etsy shop.

SOLD, thank you!
This will be my last Halloween themed creation for awhile, now I am off to start working on some Christmas items.

Now that I am back from climbing mountains, I would like to announce that the WSOAPP Market Street Shoppes are now officially open for business! You can either click on each member’s avatar or click on our business name links in the right hand sidebar to visit our shoppes. My new witch make-do is now available for sale in my Old World Primitives WSOAPP shoppe.
WSOAPP also has our first advertisement on page 89 of the Early American Life Christmas issue, which just hit newsstands and subscriber mailboxes this week. Early American Life has been one of my very favorite magazines for awhile now, so I am so excited to have our group’s ad featured on one of its pages.

I am so excited that I was chosen as one of the SIX lucky winners in the Soft in the Head blog giveaway! It was so sweet of Pam to add an additional three prizes to the three that she was already giving away. Here is Pam’s photo of my prize.

Thank you, Pam!!
Also, just a reminder that the Grand Opening of the WSOAPP Market Street Shoppes will be taking place on September 7th, just 4 days from now. Be sure to check out what we have to offer this coming Sunday! Old World Primitives will be closed starting tomorrow while I take a week long holiday, but I will be back on September 12th to resume responding to inquiries and shipping orders. Have a great week, and good luck to all of my fellow WSOAPP members next week!
