Cathy - Thank you! And although I like jalapeños, I think that one plant would have been enough! I wasn't expecting to have so many ready for the picking at once. I'll be doing plenty of cooking with them this week!

Julie - Thank you! My hubby does really love his pickles - and the funny thing is that he thinks we need to have MORE pickle plants next year. Well, at least we won't have to buy any jars of pickles this year - and you won't have to buy any tomato products! :)

Hi Stephanie,
Your gardens are just BEAUTIFUL!!! WOW, your husband must really love his pickles!! I finally got my husband to make his garden smaller this. He loves gardening and always planted way to much. His thing is the tomatoes. We still have way to many of them.
I just love your chenille Ornaments!!! They really are wonderful!!!

Love the chenille owls Stephanie. You are so good at those little characters. What an amazing array of yummy veg. They look so healthy and fresh too. Happy eating - methinks you like peppers...ha ha.

Doreen - Thank you, and I might agree about the roadside stand! :) My husband wants to keep everything all to himself, though - he is quite the pickle eater. We canned our first jar of them this weekend, can't wait to taste them.

Heather - Thanks! I wish my house looked like my banner photo, but it's not mine... yet. I took the photo inside a preserved period room in an 1810 gristmill in Canada that has been converted into a museum.

Well my goodness..just look at how healthy everything is!!! Love all your photo's Steph..everything looks yummy and is definitely thriving. We grow organic..except for the pumpkin patch..I've yet to have a year that I didn't have to spray for cucumber beetles..for some reason they love viney plants..the miserable things!

Love the ornies :)So sweet

23 cucumber plants....holy smokes.....do you realize what you've gotten yourself into......You'll have to put up a roadside stand! :)

Hugs,
Doreen
