A beautiful doll who looks as if she's been nestled among porcelain heads and Steiff bears in an antique shop! I love the spun cotton kittens pictured above ... there's nothing better than ornaments inspired by antique Christmas designs and the traditional technique behind the kitties is "purr"-fect.

Hi again Stephanie. I have your name down for the Sunshine Award on my blog which is there to be collected if you fancy it. If you prefer not to have awards then don't worry about it. I know a lot of bloggers are not into awards. No tagging attached to this one though...lol.

Thank you so much, Sally. I will be making more spun cotton ornaments soon too - they are great fun to make, and I am so delighted with the response to them. :)

I will have some Izannah progress to share here soon - I have her body sewn and stuffed, and her head sewn as well. Once I get the head stuffed and attached to the body I will post some pictures (hopefully tomorrow!). Enjoy your weekend!

Thank you so much, Cathy. I am definitely humbled by the support that my shop has received. I will be working on my Izannah doll a bit today as well.
